What is the return policy?For online orders in the US, we accept items in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. You have 30 days from when you receive the order to send it back for a refund. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
How do pre-orders work?When a product appears on pre-order, that means it is still in production but available to order. We purchase fewer units upfront thus your pre-order items are essentially made to order. Pre-order items are to be paid in full at the time of the order.
Can I make changes to my order?If you need to edit your shipping address or make other changes to your order, please email us at email@example.com
When will I receive my order?We work closely with the artisans to make sure we get the items in a timely manner, but each item has its own timeline to be made since the majority of our items are handmade. We value quality and craftsmanship over cheaply made items.
My product arrived damaged, what now?We are sorry to hear that your purchase arrived not as expected, please email us a description of the issue along with pictures at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be more than happy to assist you.
