Return & Exchange Policy

For online orders in the US, we accept items in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. You have 30 days from when you receive the order to send back your return. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

Shipping Policy

We work closely with the artisans to make sure we get the items in a timely manner, but each item has its own timeline to be made since the majority of our items are handmade. We value quality and craftsmanship over cheaply made items.
