Hanna Duncan is the Co-Founder of Monarchessa, an online boutique offering sustainable, thoughtfully crafted accessories like handbags, scarves and more from talented global artisans.
After traveling the world with her mother, Claudia, and exploring and learning new cultures, Hanna and Claudia dreamed of connecting other women with the artisans they met on their adventures. Thus, Monarchessa was born.
With a passion for creativity and sustainable fashion, Hanna brings her fashion industry experience and eye for timeless pieces to Monarchessa. Prior to launching the brand, Hannah created a clothing capsule for designer GRAVITAS and has worked backstage at the Nashville Symphony Fashion Show for Carolina Herrera. She graduated with a major in Fashion Merchandising at Nashville’s Lipscomb University.
When she’s not studying or traveling the world in search of beautiful, handmade goods, you can find her spending time in nature, whether that's at the beach or paddle boarding.

Claudia Duncan is President and Co-Owner of QC Verify, a nationwide premier provider of quality control audits, technology, and fulfillment services to financial industries across the nation.
She is a mortgage executive with deep experience in mortgage processes, technology development, business management, marketing sales, vendor management and public relations. Prior to her tenure with QC Verify, she spearheaded the marketing and publicity efforts for Grupo Nelson, the Spanish publishing division of Harper Collins Publishers. In this role, she managed various book launches for prestigious authors in the US Spanish market and Latin America.
In addition to her work at QC Verify, Claudia is also Co-Founder of Monarchessa, an online boutique offering sustainable, thoughtfully crafted accessories like handbags, scarves and more from talented global artisans. She serves alongside her dynamic daughter, Hanna, in leading and growing Monarchessa.
Claudia resides in Florida and is happily married to her husband. She is mother of two children and cares for her two pets, Winchester, a labradoodle and Mona, a hawk head parrot. During her free time, Claudia enjoys cooking, reading, and dancing.
